Core Working Principle & Superior Filtration Performance
The filter adopts a 75-micron precision stainless steel filter screen as the key filtering medium, which can intercept tiny suspended particles that most conventional filter boxes cannot capture. When pond water flows into the equipment through dual water inlets, solid waste such as fish feces and leftover feed is blocked on the surface of the rotating drum screen, while clean water penetrates the screen and flows back to the pond via the water outlet. Equipped with a floating ball liquid level sensor and intelligent control box, the machine realizes automatic operation: once the filter screen is clogged and the internal water level rises to the set threshold, the control system will automatically trigger the drum rotation and high-pressure backwashing spray device. The high-pressure water jet instantly washes off the intercepted dirt into the sewage discharge port for centralized discharge, completing the whole self-cleaning cycle without manual intervention.
